Litigation File Intelligence

RedFlag reads every document in your case, maps cross-references, tracks amendment chains, and surfaces every contradiction — cited to the exact page.

|

What takes your team a week of review, RedFlag does in 20 minutes — with citations.

// 12 documents analyzed
// 380 pages scanned
// 7 contradictions found
// 4 minutes 12 seconds
// All findings cited to source ✓
The Problem

The most expensive mistake in litigation is the one you didn't see.

The Missed Cross-Reference

Opposing counsel finds a date conflict between your client's affidavit and an email buried on page 247. You had the document. You missed it.

The Wrong Version

The contract says '30 days.' The amendment says '60 days.' The schedule still references the original. You cited the superseded clause.

The Expensive Review

Your associate reviewed 400 pages in 5 days. Billed $12,000. Missed 3 cross-reference inconsistencies. RedFlag would have found all three in 20 minutes for less than a dollar.

How It Works

Upload. Scan. See what you missed.

01

Upload your case files

Drop in PDFs, DOCX files, or a zip archive. Contracts, amendments, schedules, exhibits, correspondence — any document in your case.

02

RedFlag reads everything

Every document is parsed locally. RedFlag builds a hierarchy (master → amendments → exhibits), maps every cross-reference, and tracks amendment chains. Then it reads strategically — not sequentially.

03

Get your contradiction report

In roughly 20 minutes — not 5 days — you get a structured list of every inconsistency, date conflict, superseded reference, and factual contradiction. Each one cited to the exact document, section, and page.

Findings

What RedFlag finds in 20 minutes that takes an associate a week.

Email (Jan 5) states delivery date as March 1. Contract §3.2 states April 15.
Date Conflict
email_chain.pdf → master_agreement.pdf §3.2
Witness statement says 'no prior relationship.' Exhibit C shows 3 years of documented contact.
Factual Contradiction
deposition_jones.pdf ¶12 → exhibit_c.pdf p.4
Amendment 2 changes indemnification cap to $5M. Schedule A still references the original $2M cap.
Superseded Reference
amendment_2.docx §4.1 → schedule_a.pdf §7
Non-compete radius is '50 miles' in employment agreement but '100 miles' in separation agreement.
Term Conflict
employment_agreement.pdf §8 → separation.pdf §3.2
Closing date defined as 'within 90 days' in the LOI but 'within 60 days' in the Purchase Agreement.
Term Conflict
loi.pdf §3 → purchase_agreement.pdf §2.4

Local Document Parsing

Documents are parsed by MarkItDown, an open-source library from Microsoft running on-device. No files are uploaded to any third-party AI service. Ever.

Verified Citations

Every finding includes a citation. Every citation is checked against the actual source text before it's shown to you. If it can't be cited, it doesn't appear.

No Hallucinations

RedFlag doesn't guess. It reads, compares, and reports. Findings are structural contradictions between documents — not AI speculation.
